Welcome to the Tropical Oils Europe Website. Outlined below are our terms and conditions which apply for the purchase of products from our website.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is not available then a product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place. Images of all products are accompanied by a listing of contents. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as in stock. All items are subject to availability.

PAYMENT
Payments to be made in full four working days prior to items being dispatched.
All transactions are conducted in EURO as our Primary currency.
Sterling Prices may vary and will be charge at the prevailing rate on the day of processing.
Some Credit card companies may charge a foreign exchange handling charge.

DELIVERY

You are required to provide correct postal address and telephone number of recipient. Tropical Oils Europe cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are incorrect or insufficient.
We are presently delivering our product range within Europe and selected Eastern European Countries.
Delivery within Europe is by GLS Courier service. Most items will be despatched within 4 working days of ordering. Please allow up to 14 days for external deliveries pending customs.
Proof of delivery of items will be taken as evidence of delivery of item purchased by the customer. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of goods. Tropical Oils Europe cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a consignment. Any damaged goods or shortfall in items to be notified to the company within two days of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it unopened and unused in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund, within seven days of receipt and we will refund your money in full. To arrange this please contact us at info@tropicaloilseurope.com or call us on +353 (0)404 62443. Any changes or cancellation of orders must be notified to the company within 24 hours of placing the order. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition.

DAMAGES
We take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company will be responsible for replacement costs of item only. For any personal injury or damage to property Tropical Oils Europe will not in any way be responsible.
